60-Min Initial Coaching Session

Service Description

This is the session to choose if you are interested in joining the practice in a more longitudinal way to work on personal goals, business development, general wellness, or spiritual growth. If you want to work on specific health issues, the Ayurvedic consult or Integrative Psych eval may be a better initial option. This is a general coaching session.
