Announcing My Astro-Inspired Book Club!!

As a follow-up to my astro-analysis of all the books I read last year (see my previous blog post) (and stay tuned for upcoming YouTube vid), I decided to create a Facebook book club group in case anyone wants to join me in my astro-reading journey!

.

I will announce and read 1-2 books that seem to be aligned with the astrology themes for the current astro season. It’s a little tricky doing it this way (trying to analyze and classify the books BEFORE reading them), but it’s a fun idea. So, I’m going to try it. It may help align me/anyone who joins me with the themes and lessons of that Zodiac season. That could be useful—take us deeper into the energy and potential of the current astro moment.

.

.

We’re already several weeks into Capricorn season (ends 19th of Jan this yr), so I decided to pick a book I already was half way through, The Dutch House. It strikes me as strongly Capricorn in its themes of family bonds, function and duty over emotion, traditions, money, work, history, real estate, etc. There're strong “structural” themes in many different domains. That’s quintessentially Capricorn! This book also resonates a bit with Taurus (money, possessions, real estate) and Cancer (family bonds and the “house”).

.

Second option (if you’ve read Dutch House or are a fast reader): The Last House Guest. Also a book with themes of money, status, structure, results of actions, family traditions, and a house. This book is fast-paced and a little twisty with a suspense and mystery vibe. Thus, Capricorn with a bit of Scorpio.

.

If you want to participate, join the Facebook group “Minerva’s Owl”. Link below:

.

.

Minerva is the Roman goddess of wisdom, the arts, and literature (also strategy). I wanted a female goddess archetype to represent this group. She seemed the most fitting.

Book lovers >>join me!!!! ♥️ Will be fun to have some astro-infused book chats with you!!
