I am an artist (+ poet), as well as a physician. I painted the watercolors on the homepage and scattered throughout the site. Art and the creative process have been a significant part of my personal healing journey. (Art is medicine!!) I have creative people of all types in my practice and love to help others (overtly artistic or not) embrace and express their uniqueness. My work as an integrative psychiatrist includes art therapy, music therapy, dance therapy, poetry & journaling (when a client is interested).
